By posting on the BillyGilmanFans.com message board, you consent to the following rules and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. The BGF (BillyGilmanFans.com) administration consists of two administrators (James, Andrew) and two moderators (Greg, Edward). The BGF Administration reserves the right to incorporate these rules in anyway it sees fit, and further retains the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
By participating on the BillyGilmanFans.com forums, you agree
Not to post, private message, distribute, e-mail or otherwise make available on the BillyGilmanFans.com message board any libelous, defamatory, obscene, harmful, vulgar, threatening, tortuous, harassing, invasive, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise illegal material;
Not to post, private message, distribute, e-mail or otherwise make available on the BillyGilmanFans.com message board any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as confidential information learned or disclosed);
Not to post, private message, distribute, e-mail or otherwise make available on the BillyGilmanFans.com message board any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. This includes, but is not limited to, magazines, books, newspaper scans, television broadcasts and copyrighted photos and pictures;
Not to post, private message, distribute, e-mail or otherwise make available on the BillyGilmanFans.com message board any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation; or
Not to post, private message, distribute, e-mail or otherwise make available on the BillyGilmanFans.com message board any material that contains software viruses, computer codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of BillyGilmanFans.com or of any computer, software, or hardware. The BGF message board uses filtering software to automatically remove profane words once recognized within the forums. Members intentionally breaching this filtering system will be in violation of this user agreement.
Furthermore, you agree:
Not to post, private message, distribute, e-mail or otherwise make available on BillyGilmanFans.com any abusive, profane, slanderous, sexually explicit or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. BillyGilmanFans.com has identified itself as a "safe" website for children under 18 years of age. We have put our name with this policy and members must take into full consideration the younger visitors when posting.
You agree not to use the BillyGilmanFans.com message board to advertise or solicit anyone to buy or sell products or services, including products on EBAY, without the BGF Administration’s written approval, and;
You agree not to impersonate another member or create an account specifically for the purpose of provoking other members. ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON. A member may not use multiple usernames. Accessing or using someone else's account or attempting to access another poster's account is strictly prohibited. Members engaging in this type of fraudulent behavior will be in violation of this user agreement.
Billy’s privacy must be respected. Any comments or questions posted that infringe on Billy’s privacy will be removed. Billy has a personal life and BillyGilmanFans.com respects what he chooses to share and we respect what he DOESN‘T choose to share. There is a clear boundary line that will not be crossed. Any post made that is deemed objectionable by the BGF Administration in regard to Billy’s privacy will result in a violation of this user agreement.
The names of those close to Billy, including family and managers, may not be included in any fan/fiction story, poem, song, or other material posted in the Writing Material forum. As a further protection of Billy’s privacy, the BGF Administration asks that you instead use fictional names in all material posted.
In such fantasy/romance stories, and all other material posted in the Writing Material forum, no sexual references of any kind are permitted. The physical contact with Billy must stop with a kiss. No hints, suggestions, leads, conversations, dreams, or any other words or sentences that imply any other form of sexuality or further contact are permitted. A story, fan/fiction, poem, song, or other material posted in violation of this rule will result in the story's [bimmediate termination without warning. Depending on the extent and/or severity of the violation, the member may also be unauthorized from posting in the writing material forum and may be banned entirely from BillygilmanFans.com. If you are unsure about a piece of your writing, submit it to a moderator prior to posting for approval.
All content posted in the writing material forum must follow all other guidelines found in this user agreement, including the non-use of profanity and threatening language. The content posted in the Writing Material forum does not represent the opinion of the moderators, administrators, or other registered members of BillyGilmanFans.com, are FICTIONAL and are based entirely on the imagination of the author.
The privacy of other members must be respected. Messages that include e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, aim/yahoo/msn or other messenger screenames, or information that will allow others to identify you, such as home addresses or work-place addresses, are prohibited.

Signatures are limited to 225 characters. Any images used in a member signature should follow these guidelines: Max width: 450 pixels. Max height: 150 pixels. Max file size: 35 kilobytes. If you need help with this, please privately contact a moderator.
Your posting of content or thoughts on the BillyGilmanFans.com message board automatically gives BillyGilmanFans.com a perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use, distribute, and display such content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in any form. If a member feels a message he/she wants to post is in any way objectionable, please privately contact the BGF Administration for prior approval. If a member feels that a message posted by another member is in any way objectionable, please privately contact the BGF Administration with a link to the post and the reason for your concern.
The BillyGilmanFans.com Administration retains the right to revoke the access privileges of any user we believe has violated any term of this agreement.
Violations of this user agreement will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The practice of the BGF Administration is to document, discuss, and arrive to a consensus on the appropriate action to be taken.
BillyGilmanFans.com does not currently have a system for violations of this user agreement. On minor offenses, our practice is to simply private message the member explaining why we prefer he/she no longer does what he/she did.
Any issue, disagreement, concern, or question a member has with the BGF Administration’s policy, procedure, or actions, must be discussed privately. If a user does not agree with a decision made by the BGF Administration, he/she is not authorized to start a thread arguing the verdict or flaming any member, moderator, or administrator of the BGF Administration.
The BGF Administration reserves the right to delete, edit, move or close any post or any topic, at any time, should we see fit, with or without explanation or notice. Decisions made by the operators of this forum are final.
